Each session will take around 30 minutes, with only mild discomfort as a local anaesthetic is used to numb the area.

 

Following treatment, you can expect some redness, bruising and mild to moderate pain in the first 24-72 hours, which can be managed with over-the-counter pain medications like paracetamol.

 

Immediately after treatment you need to ensure you drink at least 2-3 litres of water and maintain a healthy diet, and over the coming days your body will excrete the dissolved fat cells.
